• The problem to be solved: 110 L cubic capacity cylinder shaped dustbins equipped with wheels, the protection of the bottom of the dustbins.
  
• Definition: Moving the traditional 110 L cc cylinder shaped dustbin, equipped with two handles can be difficult even for two persons. One person can only drag it on the ground. The appliance as a constant part of the bin solves this problem and even protects the bin from physical damages.

   

• Presentation: The inventor faced two problems to be solved. First the movement of the bin, on the other hand the bottom protection of it. The usual cause of the damage of bins is that the bottom gets worn because of the dragging. An other cause may be the breaking because of throwing it. The bottom circumference of the traditional 110 L cc cylinder shaped dustbins differ, they are usually between 124-128 cm, so the hoop is clamped. The circumference of the wheels is minimum of 15 cm not to get stuck even on uneven ground. The wheels are made from UV stabilized and shock-proof plastic so eve these do not get worn off. The axle of the wheels is placed on the side and higher that its bottom so they do not reach the ground in normal standing position. 10 % tilting of the bin allows it to be pulled on its own wheels. This position of the wheels makes even the movement on stairs possible. The flaps under the hoop separate the bottom of the bin from the ground, so it does not get worn and the hoop protects the bin from throwing.

• Application: The easy movement of the traditional 110 L cc cylinder shaped dustbin and its protection from physical damages.
  
• Advantages: It is cheaper to equip an existing bin with this wheeled hoop than to buy a new dustbin with wheels. It is cheaper to equip a worn bin with this wheeled hoop than to let it completely worn off and buy a new one. The waste disposal fee depends on the cubic capacity and since it does not change, the fee remains the same.
