Mobile Shooting Training System (Combat Training System)
The invention
  • The problem to be solved:
    Practice-firing development of marksmanship
  • Definition:
It is a mobile system which can be assembled in any shooting range. It consists of module-like shooting track elements. The system contains a target moving set and folding screens for providing the necessary covering and visibility of the targets. The folding screens are placed along the track of the target moving set.
  • Presentation:
The mobility of the Combat Training System lies in that the elements of the system are placed into a trailer built especially for this purpose. The system contains such module-like elements, which can be assembled in different ways and numerous variations. The track assembled of module units is kept by stilling in a proper height, providing the overhead target moving. The modules forming the target moving set can be assembled as one or several units and in order to provide the independent operation there are several mechanical units driven by electromotors. The scaffolding keeping the track of the system and the necessary areas can be covered by folding screens, so the targets moved by the target moving set appear as practical targets. The targets used on the target moving set can be operated by remote control, with different speeds, in changeable range of speed. In order to be able to provide the same situation for several riflemen the system can be controlled automatically with a program previously made. Programming can be made easily and quickly with a software developed for this purpose.

  • Application: Police, military
  • Advantages:
It is suitable for marksmanship training, military and police use, and for practical shooting application, in any shooting-ranges. With the system wild scale of shooting tasks can be provided from simple to relatively complex ones, either in closed or opened shooting-ranges. Its storage, transportation and handling is easy and it can be installed within a short time. It provides a computer programming and controlling option.
