Solar-heat collector with vacuum-isolator
The invention
  • The problem to be solved:
Heat-energy collecting and heat-insulation of buildings.
  • Definition:
Large surface instrument stiffened by flat steel wire
  • Presentation:
Large-surface wooden longitudinal and cross pieces of consols with distance-blocks are covered with metal and poliethylen sheet. Each side and corner are pressed together with screw-presses. Adapted to the northern side of a house the outer surface of the vacuum-insulated part should be covered with a plaqster-holding sheet. On the southern wall of the building there are divided longitudinal and cross consol pieces as well as the vacuum mechanisms which the water-and air -elements of the solar collector are mounted on. The whole instrument is fastened on the wall with fixing devices.
  • Application: Pruduction of heat energy
  • Advantages:
The large surface of the solar collector causes a high gain in thermal energy with a low rate of waste heat resulted from stuffing. Because of its light weight it can be used everywhere. Since there is no thermal expansion it can be mounted on the southern wall of the buildings, where as, on the northern walls the vacuum-insulated part is to be applied without the collector.
