The
invention
- The
problem to be solved:
The main aim was to design a liquid and
cream-like material dispenser and
atomiser package that fully discharges
its content from the easily
interchangeable flacons in any using
position.
|
- Definition:
The dispenser package consists
of a valve opening mechanism and the
flacons with their built-in valves,
filled with liquid or cream-like material
and the compressed air.
To use it: slip over the flacon neck the
valve opening mechanism, press down the
valve opening lever to start discharge or
atomisation and release it to stop.
|
- Presentation:
The dispenser and liquid
atomiser package consists of a valve
opening mechanism equipped with a valve
opening lever and the set of flacons
containing the liquid or cream-like
material to be atomised or dispensed. The
valve opening mechanism has a tubular
shape that can be slipped on the neck of
the flacon used.To use it, slip the valve
opening mechanism on the neck of the
required content flacon, then direct the
nozzle towards the point where you want
to apply or spray the material and push
down the lever. The using position of the
flacon is indifferent. Release the lever
to stop discharge.
Inside
the flacon there is a plastic piston. The
material to be dispensed can be found
between the valve end of the flacon and
the piston, while, the compressed air is
behind the piston. The compressed air
filling hole can be found at the bottom
of the flacon and sealed with a
pressure-tight plug. This arrangement
made possible to ease the manufacture of
the flacons that consists of only eight
components. This way only one valve
opening mechanism required to use
numberless flacons. Due to the use of a
piston inside the flacon the dispenser
can be used in any position without the
risk to escape the propellant and, in
addition, the contents of the flacon can
fully be discharged. In case of
cream-like materials a lower pressure
required inside the flacon and this way
it can be made of transparent plastic
material.
The
attached two figures show the liquid and
cream-like dispenser package. At the left
side there are flacons containing
different consistence and viscosity
materials, while, at the right side the
flacons containing different colour
paints.
|
- Application:
The dispenser package can anywhere be
used where required to dispense, spray or
apply liquids, cream-like materials or
colour paints.
|
- Advantages:
Environment friendly since compressed air
is used instead of freon or butane gas.
Liquids and cream-like materials can also
be atomised or dispensed, respectively
using the same valve opening mechanism.
It can be used in any position, the
compressed air does not escape.
Both the liquid and cream-like contents
of the flacons becomes fully discharged.
|
- Stage
of development:
A prototype with the flacons has been
made. On request the inventor is ready to
design and build the prototype for the
mass production.

The
inventor(s)
- Self
introduction:
He is 64 years old, he has been graduated
as mechanical engineer in a technical
college. He worked for years as chief
designer and now he is engaged in paint
and liquid atomisation research. From
1966 he had five inventions that are
patented in more European countries, in
the USA and Canada.
