Multipurpose mobile equipment for
seasonal fruit, vegetable, herb and wood
drying

Different techniques, like
micro-wave, heat-pump and vacuum-pump,
and combination of different inside
support structures and trays are designed
to satisfy different drying and
dehydrating demands.
The fastest and optimal mode of drying
and dehydrating, besides the least energy
consumption is provided by special
control programs.

- Presentation:
With this mobile equipment that
was designed for fruit, vegetable, herb
and wood processing, small and medium
size entreprises can dry or dehydrate
right the demanded crop.
Wide range of control programs make the
running time and energy consumption
optimal.

- Advantages:
The effectiveness of this equipment is
much better than that of the machines are
in use in present because of the optimal
combination of different drying
techniques. Specific investment cost is
significantly lower OR DISAPPEAR because
of the very variable application
opportunities of this equipment. Mobility
is an additive advantage that makes
possible to pull the equipment to the
processing site. This equipment is
economical as SMEs have not (not
advisable) to buy it but can lease it for
the necessary time.
