To produce high-strength, decorative, slabs that can find versatile use.

- Definition:
The invention is a widely useable, various size, moulded surface
cover slab made using resin jointing material and coloured coarse grain sand as aggregate.

Presentation:
On the basis of the invention various form, and size surface cover
slabs, elements and profiled casting can be produced. Its esthetical appearance make its
use possible as a decorative element, too. During the moulding procedure (or later by
engraving) letters and figures, in relieve and recessed, can also be applied at the
surface. Due to the used raw materials the slabs protect the surface against external
adverse effects. Thanks to the used moulding technology, the dimensions of the obtained
products are of close tolerance (the aftershrinkage is low), it does not require posterior
finishing. The mounting and fastening elements can also be attached previously that
facilitates the assembly work.

- Application:
It is suitable for the covering of exterior and interior surfaces (walls,
floors, stairs, window-sills, swimming-pools, flat-roofs, etc.). Clearance free and
jointless (continuous surface), watertight (e.g.: laboratories, operating rooms in
hospitals, etc.) floorboard can also be made with this covering material, instead of
concrete facing.

- Advantages:
The slabs made according to the invention are high strength, wear-resisting,
waterproof, watertight, never-fading colour, weather-proof ones, that are not attacked by
chemical agents and easy to clean. The surface of the slabs is water-repellent and its
material is electrically non-conductive. The used materials are UV-resistant, the
ready-made slabs have an esthetical appearance and, these can also be made to have an
anti-skidding surface. The dimensions of the ready-made products depend only on the size
of the mould. Their breaking-strength and load-bearing capacity is very high, 4 to 5 times
higher than that of the concrete slabs.

The piece production of the slabs has already been started, for mass
production the design of the machinery is still required.
