- The problem
to be solved:
The main aim was to design a simple construction,
strong, heavy-duty, multiple purpose mechanical
press.
|
- Definition:
The pressure plate, moved by the
articulated lattice-work, alternately moves
upwards and downwards on the cylindrical guides
and, in the same time, it can realise pressing
tasks that require different technical solutions.Presentation:
|
- Presentation:
The deep-drawing press is a column
structure that consists of the base plate, head
plate, cylindrical guides and pilot bushes, in
which, the articulated lattice-work is built in
that provides for the alternative movement of the
pressure plate. The upper hinge-pin holder block
of the lattice-work is mounted at the bottom of
the pressure plate, while, the lower one at the
base plate. The rotary movement of the
lattice-work spindle moves vertically the
pressure plate that performs the targeted task.
Turning the driving spindle in opposite direction
the pressure plate moves also in the opposite
direction with respect to the previous one.
|
- Application:
The deep-drawing press can be used in
any mechanical workshop where a cheap, easy to
handle, multiple purpose press required..
|
- Advantages:
It is a mechanical press that can develop a high
force through the articulated lattice-work. Using
an electric motor to operate and drive its
spindle, equipped with limit switches, it can be
operated in semi-automatic mode. It is suitable
to realise the most different pressing tasks.
