- The problem
to be solved:
The gymnastics and the physical exercises that
are moving the different parts of the body
(middle hip, waist, rear) require some skill
(using a hula-hoop) or tiresome exercises (e. g.
aerobic). Various and expensive devices would be
required for the massaging of the different parts
of the body. To overcome these requirements the
home gymnastic belt offers a common and easy
solution for this problem.
|
- Definition:
The invention is a device in the form of
a belt, held by a frame that is mounted on the
wall, lending an easy and comfortable possibility
to keep the fitness of the user by simple
exercises without exhaustive efforts.
|
- Presentation:
The invention is a belt that can be put
on around the waist having a form of a strap
composed of vertically arranged small wooden or
plastic ball strings. The belt is held by a
semicircular frame and it is fastened to the
frame using a rubber cordon that holds the belt
in the centre of the frame. Wooden pins tie the
rubber cordon to the frame around. The frame is
fastened to the wall by means of two hinge joints
at its centre, while, at both one of the open
ends of the frame there is one handle eyelet
each, that is used to lift and lower manually the
open ends of the frame moving up and down the
belt along the body. This vertical movement and
the circular movement of the body realise the
massage of the actual part of the body.
|

leave their home due to any physical weakness and
who are unable to do hard physical excercises.

motional requirements.
|
- Advantages:
It
can comfortably be used at home in any time to
keep the fitness.
It can also be used by disabled people.
No exhaustive efforts nor special skills are
required to use it efficiently.
It is suitable for the massaging and development
of the waist, the hip, the rear and the abdominal
muscles and, advantageously moves all the
articulations.
It requires only a small storage place when it is
out of use.
