You are reading the catalogue of the Second Inventors' Olympiad - GENIUS 2000 International Fair of Inventions, organized in Budapest on 4th - 7th of May 2000 by our association. You can find the listing of 439 inventions from 32 countries here, that were exhibited at the Olympiad. The data you will find at each invention is in the following layout:
Code
Family name, First name, dr.
Country
The title of the invention
The code of the invention will help you in locating the detailed description later in the virtual exhibition. If the code is beginning with a "G", you will find the invention at http://www.inventor.hu/genius2000.htm. If the code has a beginning of "IFIS", then you will be ablr to locate it at http://www.invention-ifia.ch/store.htm. After G" or IFIS" the code contains the category (A1-H). The inventions in this catalogue are grouped according to category. The last digits of the code is the unique number of the invention.

The Catalogue is organised according to the sections of the Inventors' Olympic Games. Choose a section to see the listing of inventions:
- Section A-1: Human Necessities (e.g. agriculture, foodstuffs, personal or domestic articles)
- Section A-2: Human Necessities (e.g. health, amusement, sports, games etc.)
- Section B: Performing Operations, Transporting (e.g. separating, mixing, shaping, printing, transporting etc.)
- Section C: Chemistry, Metallurgy
- Section D: Textiles, Paper (only one Olympian medal)
- Section E: Fixed Constructions (e.g. building, mining etc.)
- Section F: Mechanical Engineering, Lighting, Heating, and Weapons
- Section G-1: Physics (e.g. instruments, photography, cinematography, musical instruments, nucleotics etc.)
- Section G-2: Physics (e.g. controlling, computing, computer software that have a strictly technical application, educating)
- Section H: Electricity
