new device indicates if the crane, elevator of the fire-engine inclines
from the admissible of factory specification limit.

case of greater dip as permitted – generally 3 degrees – the new
device stops the crane, elevator or fire engine for further operation. The
prohibition is valid until the defect is cleared with setting the adequate
dip angle.
