former Director General (1973 to 1997) of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva

after a difficult and painful final period, he passed away peacefullly.

A memorial ceremony had been take place at the temple St-Gervais, Geneva, on Friady, October 8, 2004. at presence of his family, many collegaues and friends.
