Direct current regulated heating device
The invention
  • The problem to be solved:
Low-voltage microchip device for heating, frost and ice removal, sustenance of specified temperatures, level detection of fluids and semi-fluid substances
  • Definition:
Simple heating by microchip, saving energy, self-regulating, for general and special applications, like car industry, leisure and camping etc. The device radiates high volumes of heat off a tiny surface (of a minimum of 2 square centimeters), operates by 6 to 30 Volt direct current.
  • Presentation:

  • Application: - for utilization in the vehicles industry, like heating of external mirrors, wiper blades, locks, air valves, fluid outlets, keeping at ice- and frost-free state.
Other application: corrosion delay etc. - electronics, telecommunication, safety technologies, food industry, etc.
  • Advantages:
Swift heating up, small demand of space, foolproof operation, for use in liquid substances, explosion safe (no sparking occurs), temperature and performance (Watt) regulation between low °C to 100°C and/or some Watt to a maximum of 50 Watts, by heating component.
  • Stage of development: Product, prototypes
  • Documentation available:
    Yes
